Bookings shall be made in writing by e-mail.

For bookings made within four weeks of your planned arrival payment of the entire amount is required.

Terms of payment
The balance of the rental shall be settled by bank transfer sixty days prior to arrival.

Any extra expense during your stay may be paid for in cash.

Check – in/out
Villa Tina Holiday Homes and its services are available from 4 p.m. on your day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us of your expected time of arrival so we can make the necessary preparations. It would be helpful if you gave us your mobile phone number for any questions we might have.

Cancellations
The terms and conditions of Villa Tina Holiday Homes are based on the principle of mutual trust. Cancellations are governed by the EU guidelines on tourism. Cancellations on the part of client entitle the same to a refund of the amount paid in respect of his/her reservation except for the following cancellation fees:
50% of the sum total for cancellation between 89 and 30 days prior to arrival,
100% of the sum total for cancellation during the last 29 days prior to arrival and for no show.
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail.

Security deposit
On arrival Villa Belmonte guests shall deposit EUR 500 in respect of any damage to the property, which amount will be refunded at the check-out if no damage occurred.

On arrival Villa Troisi guests shall deposit EUR 300 in respect of any damage to the property, which amount will be refunded at the check-out if no damage occurred.

No smoking

For reasons of safety we would like you not to smoke in the rooms.

Pets
We regret that no pets can be allowed on the premises of Villa Tina Holiday Homes.
