Low occupancy discount may be offered if fewer bedrooms than the maximum are used. The discount is available from 1st November to 31st March.

The discount is always offered under a restricted usage policy as detailed in our terms and conditions:

• 1-2 person discount use of the suite bedroom only.
• 3-4 person discount use of the suite bedroom and a second nominated bedroom only.
• 5-6 person discount in the suite bedroom and two other nominated bedrooms.
• Low occupancy discount is not offered on Christmas season and New Year’s Eve.
• Low occupancy discounts may only apply to 7 night bookings.
